Woman Suffrage Historical Marker Project

The Woman Suffrage Historical Marker project that was begun in 2017 to celebrate the centennial of New York women winning the vote is still in full swing. In addition to the markers installed last year we are planning to add others, throughout the year and throughout the Island to honor women and organizations that furthered the goals of the woman suffrage movement.
